Look no further!!! You will be so happy that you found Duane!! My husband is a small business owner and wasn't able to qualify for a traditional loan due to itemizing business expenses and his adjusted gross income. I was researching for bank statement loans in Virginia and was lucky enough to have found Duane!! He has been a miracle worker since day 1. I reached out to him and explained the situation.
